EIP Implementation Framework

The Mexia EIP Implementation Framework is a simple, yet effective, guide for implementing the EIP and the Business Benefits of integration.

At a Planning Phase, we determine the current application architecture and integration capabilities.  With input from the Business Strategy, we then define the integration strategies and architecture which are tied to achieving the defined business benefits.

During the EIP Delivery Phase, we focus on defining the logical architecture through to designs for the entire development, deployment and operations architectures. The components from the MAF are crucial to the quick delivery of this phase of the project.

The Business Benefits Delivery phase is aimed at working with your organisation to define the business requirements and then create the underlying interfaces that will support and deliver the business benefits.

And finally, during the Operations phase, we handover the environment to your internal resources and/or help you manage your environment by providing operations management services.
